Very few words are needed to describe my life.

I love to Discover unexplored places. I love to Invent new solutions. I love to Develop people. I love to Challenge myself.

All along my professional life I have always been convinced that the essence of success lied in the motto “being the right person in the right place“, which represents a unique and explosive combination of skills and opportunities. I initially imagined deeply divisive dichotomy of the two concepts. The “I” is responsible for skills and knowledge and “the outer world” coincidentally (or luckily) offering growth and career opportunities.

Over time, I realized that the two dimensions are extremely interrelated. Each of us has the keys within oneself to build his own path, his being truly “right” not only in the current situation, but also forging the opportunities by seeking changes we want to experience and achieve.

Each of us is the only architect of our own destiny. Discovering, inventing, growing and challenging ourselves and the events that might arise. Creating every day a day of SUCCESS.
