PASSION

passion Noun  /ˈpæʃ.ən/ an extreme interest in or wish for doing something.

Passion is a visceral coexistence of joy and suffering. A blended mix of emotions driven by the extreme will, wish or interest in doing something we are attracted to. Passion activates our inner selves, touches the very deep essence of our identity and unleashes our emotions

Passion drives me in every project I carry out. I feel the mission and the goal, I interiorize the purpose, and I face every challenge allowing the emotions to empower me.

EXPERIENCE

experience  Noun   /ɪkˈspɪə.ri.əns/  knowledge or skill that is obtained from doing, seeing, or feeling something.

Experience is the conscious elaboration of a series of events personally encountered, undergone, or lived through. Experiences represent the identity of a person.

I have gone through a broad set of achievements and failures, which makes me the professional I am today. I dare to move out of the comfort zone, understanding how I react each time, realigning my personal trajectory. And constantly learning from life.

EXCELLENCE

excellence Noun  /ˈek.səl.əns/ the quality of being very good at something: eminently good, first class, superior.

Excellence is a state of mind. Being driven by the search for a high standard of quality, the attention to details, and never leaving anything redundant, being a matter of attitude. Only when you aim for perfection  can you tolerate excellence.

I seek outstanding performances in everything I do. I am extremely demanding of myself and I never accept to compromise on quality. I am the outcome of the work I do.

FOCUS

focus Noun  /ˈfəʊ.kəs/ a state or condition permitting clear perception or understanding.

Focus is what makes someone dedicated and committed to a goal. It requires all assets and resources aligned towards the achievement. Every single part of the system is oriented to the project, a unique concentration of energy, body and mind.

I have trained myself to be constantly focused on the result I commit to achieve. Focus is key in helping me to use all my ability, skills, talent and dedication to accomplish a specific task or job.

RESILIENCE

resilience Noun   /rɪˈzɪl.jəns/ the capability of a body under stress to recover its size and shape after deformation caused especially by compressive stress.

Resilience is the ability to transform a negative experience into a new success. When you feel that everything is lost, or close to getting out of control, that is the moment where you have the chance to start flourishing again. In order to do that you need to be aware of your inner nature, to calm down from an emotional potential breakdown and see through the fog.

Through years of practicing long distance running, I have learnt the power of resilience.  During difficult times, I reload myself.

FULFILLMENT

fulfillment Noun /fʊlˈfɪl.mənt/ a feeling of pleasure because you are getting what you want from life.

Fulfillment isn’t another word for happiness. Fulfillment is deeper, it is lasting. The difference between happiness and fulfillment is the difference between liking something and loving something. Happiness comes from what we do while fulfillment comes from why we do it.

I experience fulfillment every time I accomplish a mission. A process review, a coaching program, running a marathon, helping my daughter growing up over the years. Fulfillment is addictive.  It is my fuel It is the most important driver in my life: bringing a whole sense of happiness to my purpose.
